Is the home at 159 Moffatt St. (The phelps mill) a home that is part of the historical society?
If a home is listed where can I find the regulations on maintenance & restoration of historical homes.
If the roof of a historical home is so deteriorated but the home owner can not afford to restore with the same exact materials what conssession can be made?
